1) How do I search for vouchers?
Searching for vouchers is easy! From the search panel on the home page, just select your area and click the "Start my voucher search" button. On the next screen you'll be asked to select a category. Once you've chosen one, click the "Grab those vouchers now" button. That's all there is to it!
2) How do I view or print a voucher?
After your search, you'll be shown a list of vouchers that match your search criteria. To view one in more detail, just move your mouse over it and you'll see it highlight. When it does this, just click your mouse button and the voucher will pop-up in a new window. You'll now be able to see the voucher in greater detail, along with company contact and geographical information and even view the company's website if they have one. If you like the offer and want to print it out so you can redeem it, just click the large, purple "print" button on the right-hand side of the voucher and, after a few seconds, it will start to print and you're ready to go!
3) How do I close a voucher after I've viewed or printed it?
If you scroll down to the bottom of the voucher you'll see a blue coloured "Close this window" link. Just click it once and the voucher Window will disappear.
4) When I print a voucher, some of it gets cut-off down one side. How do I resolve this?
We designed the vouchers with size in mind and the vast majority of users should be able to print them onto regular A4 paper using their standard printer settings. However, it's impossible to cater for every single printer/browser set-up, so some tweaking of "print margins" may be required for a small number of users. Typically this control is accessed directly from your web browser by clicking "File" then "Page Setup". You'll notice there are figures (usually in millimeters) for the top, left, right and bottom print margins. To get the voucher to print onto a single page, you may need to reduce the size of the left and right margins by a few millimeters.
5) Do I have to fill-in my personal details on a voucher in order to redeem it?
Many of the companies who put vouchers on our site like to know who their customers are so they can better serve you. That's why we ask you to complete the vouchers with this information before you redeem them. However, it's purely at the descretion of the particular venue where the voucher is to be redeemed. If you really don't want to supply your details, leave it blank and ask someone at the venue when you present the voucher. They will be happy to advise you of their acceptance policy.
6) Why isn't my area listed? Prior to its launch, our website was heavily promoted in the Nottinghamshire area. As the MANIA spreads, more and more areas will become available. If your area isn't listed, why not go out and spread the word?... Tell your friends about us and get them to tell their friends too. The more we grow and the more people know about us, the more we will save you money!

1) I can't remember my password. What do I do?
If you've forgotten your password, you'll need to email us using the email address you entered when you set-up your account with Vouchermania.com. This email address is also your log-in name. We will reply to the same email address telling you your current password as soon as we can, usually within 24 hours. Alternativley, you can call us and make an appointment to speak to an advisor.
2) I can't remember my username. What do I do?
Your username is the same as the email address you used when you opened your account with Vouchermania.com. If you can't remember it, you will need to call our office and arrange to speak to an advisor. We will then call you to verify who you are and instruct you as to what to do next.
3) I can't remember any of my log-in details. What do I do?

4) If I want to stop using your services, what do I need to do?
In short, not a lot... Just log-in to your account, delete your vouchers and that's it! Your account will always be there to use in the future should you change your mind!
5) I'm having problems with the account sign-up page. Can you help me?
